Managing Director Johan Ceulemans gives DIP a new impetus

With his new position at DIP, the staffing unit of SD Worx Consulting, Johan Ceulemans returns to the nest that he left in 2004 as HR Manager. As Managing Director, the enthusiastic Ceulemans has a clear mission: to establish DIP in the marketplace with emphasis on three core principles: creativity, boldness and professionalism.

Asked about the reason for his recent switch from HR & Facility Director at Vandeputte Group to SD Worx, Ceulemans is categorical: "I found in the proposal of SD Worx the same drive that I think is so important myself. It was really a perfect match. Like my colleagues I want to allow DIP to evolve further in a creative, bold and professional manner."

That will need to translate into a distinctive vision, original product development, and a wide range of solutions for customers. "We take a different approach from our competitors because we start out from our own strengths: know-how and service."

John Ceulemans background is quite remarkable. He started his career in 1984 as a psychologist at the Medical Pedagogical Centre in Antwerp. In 1989 he joined DIP as a consultant. Now he is back at SD Worx after seven years away, to evolve and grow DIP into a unique player in the marketplace.
